Salary: From £28,400 plus benefits
Contract type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Shift pattern: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

This isa great opportunityto start your career in a HR and Immigration compliance role, and with our friendly and supportive People Services team in our Leeds office. Being part of the UK Support functions, they are at the backbone of our UK operations.
Howyou’llhelp us make health happen:
1. You will play a vital role in ensuring Bupa and our sponsored work force remain compliant with key home office legislation.
2. You will manage an array of immigration and Sponsorship compliance enquires and cases, which will come through a variety of channels.
3. You will provide guidance and support at all levels throughout the business and advise whether an employee is eligible for sponsorship in the UK under the Skilled worker visa route.
4. You willbe responsible forsubmittingaccurateand compliant applications for Certificates of Sponsorship directly through the Home Office’s Sponsorship Management System.
5. On each case, you will deliver excellent level of services and support to our internal stakeholders and customers across all parts of the Bupa business.
Key Skills / Qualifications NeededForThis Role
6. Experience in immigration compliance and sponsorship is highly desirable
7. Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
8. Ideally someone who has experience incompliance, onboarding or who comes from a regulated industry
9. Proactive, attention to detail, highly organised, excellent time management skills and able to manage various jobs
10. Good levelof administration experience and MS Office and IT skills
