Plumb Learning CIC are a unique not for profit teaching hands on skills to children and young people aged 6 to 16.
We are passionate about the benefits of inclusive learning and of introducing hands on skills early on.
As a workshop facilitator (HAF project) you will be responsible for inspiring small groups of children at our base in Coventry. You will teach them how to safely use basic tools and encourage them to problem solve and think creatively through a mixture of trade skills based activities and stem challenges.
This is a self employed position 4 days per week, 5 hours per day throughout the summer holidays. This role may be extended for the right person.
The successful candidate will be experienced working with young people with EHCPs, be able to think on their feet and be passionate about the benefits of hands on learning.
We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic educators who love working with children and young people. Who are reliable and able to represent the company.
