The post holders responsibilities consist of a range of core teaching duties which include but not limited to: Planning, delivery and development of teaching sessions at Study Days Skills based practical sessions Clinical skills teaching for staff members To assess feedback and respond to incidents by supporting to formulating real-time learning opportunities. Have a great interest in high fidelity simulation and feedback. Attend senior meetings, Matrons and governance meeting and take forward elements of Clinical learning environment strategy supporting processes and transformation in line with the education plan across the directorate.
