Purpose: The ideal candidate will be supporting our Win11 and O365 program of work.
Key Skills Required:
* • Ideally experience in doing a Win10 to Win11 upgrade project
* AD Group Policy management experience (ideally have implemented CIS benchmarks in Windows Group Policy)
* Application packaging / SCCM experience
* Laptop building and shipping
* Writing/updating Service Desk KB articles / communications for end users
* Helpdesk End user support / hand-holding to complete machine upgrades.
* Application testing experience
Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user desktop support for internally developed software solutions, ensuring a high level of customer service and technical expertise.
• Perform system administrate tasks including user access management, resetting workflows, updating system configurations, and system maintenance.
• Work within ticketing systems to respond, triage, and escalate customer issues to our Technology Project Managers or Engineering teams to resolve.
