Job IntroductionJob Title: People Co-OrdinatorSalary: £28,671 per annumLocation: Hybrid role with the expectation to work across Telford and StaffordHours: 36 hours per weekContract type: Full Time / PermanentAbout the role:We are looking for a reliable and proactive People Co-Ordinator to join our customer-focused team, managing varied responsibilities across People administration, recruitment, and data management. Our new Co-Ordinator must thrive within a varied and fast-paced environment whilst completing daily duties to a high level of detail and attention.In this role, you will help deliver a high quality employee and candidate experience. You will act as the first point of internal and external contact to the People Services department, providing first line resolution to initial queries and support requests.The role:Be the first point of contact for People and recruitment supportManage shared People and Careers inboxesMaintain data in People and ATS systems, ensuring the data is correct and up to dateEnsuring compliant and auditable processes are administered to ensure the department is acting in line with legal requirements, including liaison with payroll, monitoring VISA's and DBS', and completing regular data cleansing and quality assurance checksProcessing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment; amendment to contracts; secondments; to leaver processResponsible for vacancies within the ATS, taking ownership of roles and the recruitment processSupport in the delivery of recruitment and careers eventsPromote equality, diversity and inclusion throughout all processesEssential Skills & Experience:Experience maintaining People systems and inputting employee data accuratelyExperience working to tight deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detailExperience providing excellent customer service to employees or managersExperience handling sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyA driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to other sitesDesirable Skills & Experience:Experience of completing compliance checks (e.g. DBS and Right to Work)Experience of working in a multi-site, regulated or housing/care environmentGood understanding of People processes and the employee lifecycleCIPD Level 3 qualification or qualified by experience to a similar levelPrevious experience in a People team functionWe can offer you:A comprehensive induction programme with excellent learning opportunities; with mandatory and specialist training available.
