About The Team / Role
WEX is fleet, corporate and health payment solutions provider helping customers – from small businesses to large fleets and corporations – with security and control across a wide range of sectors. You will be joining an expanding department supporting a growing Fuel Card business and covering a European operation.

How You’ll Make An Impact
* Advise Sales of customers’ commercial queries
* Investigate transaction declines and velocity queries
* Liaise with staff in Manchester and European offices
* Log all queries and action on the logging tool
* Handle chargebacks, copy invoice requests and transaction queries
* Produce copy invoices on request
* Provide ongoing support to colleagues and identify training needs for the Team Leader
* Answer phones within company-defined criteria and parameters
* Identify and resolve areas that reduce chargeback liability or queries
* Carry out data entry for customers and cards
* Produce customer transaction files and reports
* Forward customer payment concerns to Credit Collections promptly
* Provide support to customers using the website/systems provided
Experience You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in a similar customer service role
* Ability to mentor, develop and improve skills of others
* Adaptable to organisational change
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong ownership and teamwork mindset
* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
* Flexibility to provide cover for other positions and stand in for Shared Services
