The Opportunity This role is ideal for a passionate Art educator who thrives in dynamic classroom environments. You will be responsible for delivering engaging Art lessons that challenge and motivate pupils of all abilities, encouraging them to explore a range of techniques, mediums, and creative disciplines. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver imaginative and inclusive Art lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Foster a creative and supportive classroom environment where students feel confident to express themselves. Incorporate a variety of artistic techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media. Track student progress through assessment and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the Art department and contribute to whole-school enrichment activities, including exhibitions and creative projects.What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Specialism in Art or Art & Design with demonstrable subject knowledge. A strong portfolio of creative work and evidence of effective lesson planning. Ability to engage students and promote a love for the visual arts. Strong classroom management skills and high expectations for behaviour and effort.
