Facilities Administrator Job Description
Support the strategic planning and daily operations related to the organisation's buildings and premises.
Ideal Candidate:
* Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
* Experience in building management or construction administration within a facilities role
* Flexibility to travel to various venues in east and southeast London

Main Duties:
* Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and communicate building and maintenance projects
* Assist in procurement or tendering processes for contractors and suppliers
* Oversee external building and maintenance projects
* Manage essential services including security, property maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal, and recycling
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including CDM Regulations, and report concerns to engineering management
