Are you passionate about plants and the outdoors? We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team! Whether maintaining beautiful landscapes, designing new garden layouts, or ensuring plant health, youll play a vital role in creating and preserving stunning outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
Planting & Maintenance: Care for flowers, trees, and plants through watering, pruning, and general upkeep (shrub beds, hedges ).
Moving and strimming grass fields, weeds, walkways etc,
Weeding all planted areas, raised beds, planters, weed control hard surfaces,
Moss treatment and using Westermann Honda moss remover,
Hoe flower/ shrub bed,
Leaf Collection,
Blowing of Hard Surfaces,
Weeding all planted areas, raised beds, planters
Monitoring: Assess plant health, manage growth, and protect against pests and diseases.
Landscaping: Install and maintain features like pathways, rockeries, and ponds.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure gardening tools and machinery are properly maintained.
Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.
Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
Ability to identify a variety of plants.
Physically fit, with the ability to lift, carry, and operate machinery.
Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
Education & Work Environment:
A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. No formal qualifications are necessary.
This role is physically demanding and primarily performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
