Job Description
* Lead and manage the accounting and finance department
* Oversee financial reporting and month-end closing
* Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
* Develop budgets and financial plans for the company
* Analyse financial performance and forecast longer-term horizons
* Report to stakeholders with timely and accurate financial information
* Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
* Engage with the company's financial advisors on strategic finance decisions
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Group FC' should have:
* A degree in Finance or Accounting
* Certification as a Chartered Accountant
* Proven experience in a similar role within the Media & Agency industry
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent leadership and communication abilities
