Job Description:
* Deliverengaginganddifferentiatedlearning activities across the primary age range, in line with teacher planning
* Providetargeted supportto individuals and small groups, including those with SEND or EAL needs
* Take responsibility forwhole-class teachingduring teacher PPA time or absence
* Support the creation of apositive,inclusive, andstimulatingclassroom environment
* Use a range ofassessment strategiesto monitor progress and adapt support accordingly
* Buildstrong relationshipswith pupils, staff, and families to promotewellbeingandacademic success
* Contribute to thewider school communitythrough clubs, events, and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold HLTA status or be working towards it (essential)
* Have experience working in aprimary school settingacross different key stages
* Bepatient,empathetic, andadaptable, with a genuinepassion for supporting learning
* Demonstrate a commitment tosafeguarding,inclusive practice, andchild wellbeing
* Possess strongcommunication,teamwork, andorganisational skills
* Be enthusiastic aboutprofessional learningand contributing to thewider school community
