Title: Account Manager
Location: London – Hybrid

We’re looking for a personable and driven Account Manager to help grow and nurture key client relationships within Eames Group.
This role is all about building trust, delivering excellent service, and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within our core clients. You'll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clients feel supported, engaged, and confident in our partnership. Your strong communication skills, eye for detail, and industry-agnostic adaptability will be key to your success.
The ideal candidate brings a proactive work ethic with a client-first mindset. You’ll be someone who’s naturally approachable, thrives on collaboration and understands how to turn great relationships into long-term growth. What You'll Do:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders both internally and externally
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
* Identify growth opportunities within accounts and collaborate with the sales team to pursue them
