This role is located in Bromley and offers a base pay range of £26,000 - £30,000 DOE.
We are working with a well-established property maintenance contractor to recruit a Repairs Planner / Maintenance Coordinator based out of their busy Bromley office.
The Role
You’ll be the key link between customers and engineers, managing and prioritising incoming maintenance requests – up to 2,000 call‑outs a month – ensuring the right tradesperson is sent to the right job at the right time.
Duties
* Logging and scheduling reactive maintenance call-outs for domestic and commercial properties
* Allocating jobs to engineers including Gas Engineers, Plumbers, Electricians, Roofers, and AC/HVAC Engineers
* Responding to emergency call-outs and prioritising urgent repairs
* Coordinating daily workloads and ensuring SLAs and client expectations are met
* Liaising with customers and engineers to provide updates on job progress
* Maintaining accurate records and job documentation in the internal system
About You
* Previous experience in a helpdesk, scheduling, or coordination role within maintenance, repairs, or facilities management preferred
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment
* Strong IT skills and familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems
* A team player with a proactive, customer‑focused attitude
