The Role
The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with dedicated one-to-one support throughout. Our client will also consider a small team move for this conveyancer to bring their current assistant.
Matters will include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership matters

About You
To be considered for this Residential Conveyancer role, you will ideally have:
* At least 4 years’ PQE or equivalent experience – must be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor
* Experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
* The ability to work with minimal supervision
* Strong client care and communication skills
