We're currently looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Traffic Marshal to join the team on site. Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage site traffic safely and efficiently. Ensure clear access to and from site entrances at all times. Support the wider site team with basic duties when traffic flow is minimal. Communicate effectively with drivers, workers, and supervisors to maintain safety on site. Candidate Requirements: Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification - CPCS preferred; NPORS with CSCS logo accepted. Valid CCNSG Safety Passport or IOSH qualification. Strong understanding of site safety and communication protocols. Previous experience working on construction or building sites.
