Job Description:
The Grant Thornton Digital Audit Team provides best-in-class digital products, services, and skills to enable the auditors of the future to set the industry benchmark for professional services firms. We leverage digital, data, and technology opportunities to be the number one practice for audit quality, client service, and operational excellence.
The Digital Audit Assistant Manager will be responsible for telling the DAT’s story and guiding everyone in the practice on their digital journeys.
A look into the role
As an Assistant Manager in our Change Hub, you will:
1. Execute stakeholder management activities, engaging with audit teams across the UK practice to promote digital audit benefits and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
2. Set goals with Digital Audit Champions and ensure their accountability, expanding digital knowledge and application through targeted conversations and growing the Digital Audit Network.
3. Deliver the Digital Audit communication strategy via platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, and through newsletters and training sessions.
4. Collaborate with the DAT Training Hub to enhance digital learning infrastructure.
5. Support the DAT Knowledge Hub to ensure audit teams have access to high-quality resources and support for efficient statutory audits using digital tools.
6. Work with colleagues across various teams to keep knowledge, communications, and training relevant and up-to-date.
7. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to achieve the DAT’s strategic goals.
