Duties
* Engage in selling new and used vehicles, offering a broad range of models including electric and family‑oriented options
* Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling of add‑ons, accessories, finance, and insurance products
* The Car Sales Executive will deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
* Keep customers informed about vehicle delivery timelines and notify them of any delays
* Address customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly
* Collect payments and handle vehicle release documentation
* Explain warranty and after‑sales service options, introducing customers to the Service Department
* Demonstrate vehicle features and support customers in their decision‑making process
* Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals
Requirements
* Recent and proven experience as a Car Sales Executive, preferably within a franchise‑approved dealership
* Strong customer service skills and professional demeanour
* Knowledge of manufacturer training programmes is advantageous
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
* Motivated, energetic, and driven to pursue every sales opportunity
* Ability to establish rapport and maintain excellent customer relationships
* Genuine passion for the motor trade and delivering outstanding service
