An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Litigation Solicitor or CILEX qualified lawyer to join a highly respected national Real Estate Disputes team based in Leeds.
This is an excellent chance to join a Top 100 UK law firm known for combining high-quality work with a genuinely supportive culture and flexible working environment.
The team advises on a broad range of complex real estate disputes matters across both commercial and residential property, acting for a strong client base including developers, landlords, investors, retailers, and corporate occupiers with large national portfolios.
You will gain exposure to:
* Commercial property disputes
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Lease renewals and possession claims
* Easement and boundary disputes
The ideal candidate will have:
* Qualified via the SRA route or CILEX
* Between NQ – 6 years PQE
* Experience handling property litigation matters
* Strong organisational and client management skills
* The ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high attention to detail
