As a vital member of the UK team, reporting to the Tech Support Supervisor, you’ll manage the post-sale lifecycle of products, blending administrative tasks with hands-on technical duties.

Pay & Shift:
* Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
* From £26,000 per annum
What You’ll Do:
* Manage the full returns process, inspecting items, assessing warranty status, and issuing replacements quickly.
* Evaluate returned stock for resale, “B-Grade” sale, or dismantling for parts.
* Provide technical support to dealers via email and phone.
* Process returns and stock movements accurately within SAP.
* Perform minor repairs and carefully pack orders including heavier optical equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in technical support, returns or logistics preferred.
* Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills; electronics or PC building experience a bonus.
* Confident with Windows-based systems and quick to learn new software.
* Physically capable of handling heavier equipment.
* Interest in optical or astronomical hardware advantageous but not essential
