Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Strong knowledge of Service Asset and Configuration Management processes. Familiarity with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its functionalities. Experience using ServiceNow for reporting and asset/configuration management. Excellent people and organizational skills. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues. Responsibilities: Implement and optimize Service Asset and Configuration Management processes within a large public sector managed service account. Support the entire IT asset lifecycle. Define processes and strategies related to IT asset and configuration management. Oversee the implementation of processes and participate in the establishment and development of the centralized CMDB, including CI baseline, relationship mapping, and management of CI types and attributes.
