Mortgage Administrator – Home Working 100% Part Time - Self Employed PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Part Time highly experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an Appointed Representative partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. Our highly valued AR partner is a super busy and successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business based in North Wales that has been established for 30 years. We are looking for a Part Time highly experienced Mortgage Administrator. We are ideally looking for 2 or 3 days per week and are happy with flexibility of hours – this can be discussed and agreed between both parties We are specifically looking for a minimum of 4 years’ experience of Mortgage Administration within a Mortgage Brokerage. Strong hourly rate of circa £15 - £17 per hour DOE and the role is Self Employed Flexibility of more hours at busy times is desirable. Responsibilities: Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion Dealing with incoming calls and emails Data entry of mortgage & protection applications Skills & Experience Required: A minimum of 4 years mortgage administration experience within broking. Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently. Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral. Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service. A team player with ability to use own initiative.
