An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Corporate Administrator to work within NHS Golden Jubilee's Corporate Governance Department.
We are seeking to appoint an individual with previous experience in a demanding administration role, preferably with understanding of the NHS or a large, complex multisite organisation within the Public or Private sector. The successful candidate will support the Director of Strategic Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, and Corporate Governance. This role is fast-paced and unpredictable, requiring discretion and diplomacy in a confidential setting.
Key responsibilities include supporting several meetings, with experience in senior-level minute taking being essential.
The role demands flexibility, strong organisational and communication skills. You will have the opportunity to support Executive Directors across high-profile work programmes, requiring collaborative working internally and externally.
The successful candidate must have a high level of competency in Microsoft Office and demonstrate experience working at Senior Management level in a busy environment with competing priorities.
Applications are welcomed from those with a recognised qualification in Administration or significant relevant experience. Demonstrating high organisational ability, minute taking experience, and excellent communication skills is essential.
The hours are Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
For an informal discussion, please contact the Senior Appointments Team at gjnh.seniorappointments@gjnh.scot.nhs.uk.
Note: In line with UK Immigration Rules, this post may not support Skilled Worker Visa or Health & Care Worker Visa sponsorship. Overseas applicants should review alternative options at www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration.
NHS Golden Jubilee is open to flexible working options. The vacancy may close early if a high volume of applications is received.
We are committed to inclusive recruitment processes and encourage applications from all community sections. Support for applicants with disabilities or health conditions is available; please refer to the job pack.
