Warehouse Operative
Pay rate: £12.97 per hour
Hours: Weekly rotating shifts
* 06:00-15:00
* 13:00-22:00
Days: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work on a rota)
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support a growing warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced environment with stable hours and ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse, including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns and Stock Control
Pick, pack and prepare materials for field installation teams
Assist with stock organisation, audits and maintaining inventory accuracy
Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe and well organised
Contribute to continuous improvement as the operation develops
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred but not essential)
Good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
A proactive attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative
Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
Forklift experience is an advantage, but not required
Additional Information
Shifts rotate weekly and flexibility is required between 06:00-22:00
Weekend work may be required occasionally and will be rota
No specific qualifications are required - full training can be provided
