Lecturer in Business (17 hours per week)
We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for delivering motivating and inspiring teaching and learning. As a permanent lecturer you will achieve outstanding outcomes for students through a variety of teaching and learning strategies and provide individual and tailored support that fully prepares students for assessment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality teaching across the Business curriculum in a 17 hour per week role.
* Use innovative teaching and learning strategies to engage students.
* Provide individual and tailored support to meet assessment preparation needs.
* Accumulate evidence of student success and enrolment outcomes.
* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental meetings.
Qualifications
* Subject‑related qualification in Business or related field.
* Teaching qualification (PGCE/DipCE) or willingness to work towards it.
* Experience of delivering university‑level teaching a plus.
