What you’ll do
1. Coordinate van‑stock replenishment by monitoring levels and arranging replacements
2. Process job payment amendments
3. Track and manage returned stock
4. Prepare and send customer communication letters
5. Support escalations with FLMs (Field Line Managers) and engineers
6. Spot and correct errors before they become risks
