We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead and deliver laser-focused experiences across our internal and customer facing products within our Technology team. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing,
Working in all stages of the design process from discovery, research, user-testing and customer interactions, to then translating these insights into user flows, journey maps, concepts and prototypes.
Closely working with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders
Present design concepts to internal business stakeholders, customers, and partners
Leveraging and contributing to the Design System
Are we the perfect match?
4+ years of industry experience in digital product design
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Miro
Excellent user-centred design and prototyping skills
All our Product Designers are part of cross-functional teams driving design through different areas of the business however with our Senior Product Designers we do expect you to drive and lead on more complex products. This also includes:
The ability to look at a holistic picture of the business needs and knowing how and when to drive and improve usability/UX
Supporting more junior members of the design team, sharing industry knowledge and best practices
Play an active role in the Design community, sharing insights and promoting knowledge share and industry best practices

Location – London - A vibrant office located a 2-minute walk from Farringdon Station, London with travel to our other sites when required.
Working environment: Flexible hybrid working – a blend of in the office and home working.
