The Role: Supporting pupils across the classroom, in small groups or on a 1:1 basis Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Helping pupils to develop academically, socially, and emotionally The Ideal Candidate: Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Has previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting Is patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting young learners Has strong communication and teamwork skills Demonstrates a caring and proactive approach to education Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
