* Crank Out Inspection Reports: Make detailed First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) to back up their quality assurance.
* Measure and Calibrate: Use tools like micrometers, verniers, and height gauges, and bring your calibration smarts to the game.
* Team Up: Whether on your own or with the team, hit and exceed those industry standards.

* Experienced: Got a background in the Aerospace or Defence world? Perfect.
* Technical Savvy: You know your way around CMM operation and programming, plus you get GD&T.
* Detail-Oriented: You can whip up accurate and detailed inspection reports.
