BIOMASS FIELD ENGINEER IN THE SOUTH WEST, ENGLAND You will manage existing BBSM South West biomass boiler clients and expand the portfolio in the South West. Provide technical advice and guidance to Customer Account Managers (CAMs) in relation to BBSM’s South West England customers. Although you will primarily be based around the South West area, you will be required to travel and work away from home. Your role will include but is not limited to Attending customer sites for callouts / breakdown requests, servicing, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and remedial works. Complete meter changes in line with RHI/Ofgem requirements, including supporting documentation and images. Fault finding, diagnosis and rectification of issues with biomass boiler systems. Completing site attendance and service reports. Specification of replacement parts as required. Quantifying labour requirements for customer works Providing technical support to the CAMs. Documenting and resolving issues with site health & safety, and engineers’ tools and equipment The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
