What does the roleinvolve
* Responding tointernal emails and requests from Account Managers and otherdepartments
* Coordinating internally withvarious departments regarding customerorders
* Processing order information on behalfof the Account Managers
* Providing productinformation and arranging for product samples to besent
* Coordinate purchasing requests and all theassociated administration
* Communicating withthe wider business regarding purchase orders allocations andquantities
* Attending team meetings to discussand share information on customeractivity
* Inputting detailed information ontothe CRM system
* Ensuring any emails fromcustomers are promptly respondedto
What are we lookingfor

To thrive in this position youshould have at least 2 years of relevant experience in anadministrative or account support role. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice and strong time management skills are alsoessential.

Effective communication skills are amust for this role. Regular interaction with clients colleagues andstakeholders necessitates clear and proficient verbal and writtencommunication.
