ABC Teachers are recruiting for an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to help cover a year 5/6 teacher position within the Sandwell area.
This position will start from September 2024 and run until the end of the academic year (2025) on a full time basis.
About the role
This role includes the following:
Working in a full class teacher role planning, presenting and assessing lessons and pupil progress.
Working on a full time basis.
PPA time will be allocated within these hours as well as support with planning, meaning extra-curricular work is left to a minimum.
This will be long term cover starting from the 8th of April and lasting until the end of the academic year.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of KS2 Primary Teacher you will:
Be able to build a strong rapport with staff and pupils
Have prior experience leading in a KS2 classroom environment.
Has a passion for teaching at primary school level
Provide fun and engaging lesson plans in a safe classroom environment.
Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
