Our client seeks skilled and dynamic sales professionals in the Bolton area. In this role, the individual will offer technical support and devise intelligent formwork solutions to address customer requirements, while maintaining amitment to excellence in execution andpliance with safety and regulatory standards. The sales expert will play a pivotal role in amplifying our client’s market footprint and will be responsible for optimizing sales and fostering business growth.
Your new role
1. Collaborate with the Sales Team to determine appropriate formwork solutions that align with customer requirements andply with safety and regulatory standards.
2. Actively seek new opportunities, projects, and clients to expand the LSP/Sales Team’s portfolio.
3. Develop technical solutions for Large Scale Projects using our clients' formwork systems and ensure they are smart and feasible
4. Prepareprehensive proposals and presentations, obtaining necessary managerial approvals.
5. Ensure clearmunication and collaboration with the LSP/Sales Team for accurate proposal development.
6. Finalize proposals, ensure they receive management approval and customer signatures as needed.
7. Manage customer relationships and job management from pre-bid stages to handover for execution in engineering.
8. Conduct and support internal and external “kick-off” meetings to ensure sold solutions
What you'll need to succeed
9. A bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, construction, or structural engineering)
10. 5–7 years of related experience in concrete forming and shoring applications and design is an asset.
11. Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, andputer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Victori is essential.
