I have teamed up with an organization in Blackburn that is looking for a new IT Technician to provide comprehensive 1st and 2nd Line support across all departments. This hands‑on role involves delivering support over the phone, in person, or via remote software. Key responsibilities include maintaining the stock management of PCs, laptops, and mobile handsets; working with the IT Apprentice to manage the building of new hardware tailored to business needs; and assisting the business in the adoption of M365 services to ensure all employees have the technical support required to succeed within the M365 environment.
