Job Title: Social Housing Plasterer
Location: Walthamstow and surrounding areas
Salary: up to £42000 per annum (depending on experience) + van & fuel card
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our dedicated housing maintenance team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality plastering services to our social housing properties across Chingford and the surrounding areas.
About the Role:
As a Social Housing Plasterer, you will be undertaking a variety of plastering works, including:
* Patching and repairs
* Re-skimming
* New plasterboard installations
* Damp proofing related plastering
* Artex removal and plastering over
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
* Working collaboratively with other trades and residents
* Maintaining accurate records of work completed
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plastering
* CSCS card
* Proven experience as a Plasterer, ideally within a social housing or domestic setting
* A full, clean UK driving licence
* A strong understanding of health and safety in the workplace
* DBS check will be required upon successful offer of employment
