Global Training Coordinator - 8-9 Month Maternity Cover Salary: £26,000 - £28,500

Based in Cosham, Portsmouth
Hybrid role: 3 days in office, 2 at home
A global business consultancy is seeking a Global Training Coordinator to join their team in Portsmouth. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator, project, or training coordinator. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Building strong relationships with various stakeholders is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Management:
o Manage and scale operations for a global, competency-based coach development program
o Oversee content transition, organization, and user experience within the LXP
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support coach learning initiatives aligned with business goals
2. Coach Development Coordination:
o Coordinate logistics for onboarding, training, and mentorship of new coaches
o Support ongoing professional development for a global coach community
3. Coach Support:
o Assist coaches in identifying development opportunities
o Guide users in navigating the learning management system
4. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
o Maintain relationships with external entities such as the International Coaching Federation
o Influence vendor product roadmaps to meet program needs
5. European Coach Supervision Coordination:
o Manage logistics for the European group supervision program
o Support European coaches and coordinate with supervision providers
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in a highly administrative, training, or project coordination environment
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
* Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheet is desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
