Join our #OneBlueFamily as an Onsite Account Manager at one of our large Industrial client sites in Belper, Derbyshire.
You will be delivering exceptional service through the management of the industrial temporary workforce and building key relationships with stakeholders across the sites.
Working onsite with our client and temporary workforce
Travelling to other sites in the area so you’ll need to be a driver with your own car
Proactively develop new business opportunities by establishing and building relationships with existing and new key stakeholders within the client company
Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of suitable candidates ensuring optimum levels of flexible employees are available to meet client needs
Screen, interview, assess, take-on and deploy flexible employees in line with company standard operating procedures
Provide an accurate and timely payroll process for the temporary workforce including all aspects of timesheet processing, payroll administration and issue resolution
Manage high volume requirements and supporting on additional client accounts
