We are seeking a TRANSACTION MANAGER to join a prestige main dealer based in Taunton – the key objective is to facilitate the delivery of positive customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced car sales professional who are looking to progress their career.
What you’ll do
* Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules & guidelines
* Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for a good outcome with sales performance.
* Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges
* Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance
* Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance
Previous Franchise Experience as a Transaction / Business Manager, Sales Controller or Senior sales executive is a prerequisite. Candidates must be comfortable working to deadlines, have a professional approach with the ability to mentor others, demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure compliance.
Being a true team-player who can use their own initiative combining the ability to multi-task with excellent customer management skills are all key requirements.
