Duties
* Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities.
* Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
* Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and services.
* Ensure the front desk area is organised, clean, and well-presented at all times.
* Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.
* Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
