We are hiring for a role of Business Development Manager for one of our top clients


This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring effective coordination across marketing, agencies, and internal stakeholders. The Business Development Manager will oversee marketing activity, manage external partners, and ensure all initiatives are planned, executed, and reported on to a high standard.

The role requires someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident taking ownership in a fast-paced, high-expectation clinical environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & campaigns
* Lead and manage all marketing activity across digital and offline channels
* Coordinate content creation, including planning, briefing, and delivery
* Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling and consistency
* Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time
* Ensure marketing activity aligns with clinic priorities and commercial goals
* Track performance, analyse results, and report on outcomes
* Manage marketing budgets and spend efficiently
Business development
* Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives
* Support the launch and promotion of new services or treatments
* Build and maintain relationships with key partners, referrers, and stakeholders
* Monitor competitors, market trends, and industry developments
* Support strategies to increase enquiries, conversions, and long-term growth
Operations & coordination
* Manage all agencies and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability
* Coordinate work across marketing, leadership, and clinical-adjacent teams
* Improve internal workflows to ensure marketing and operational alignment
* Implement, manage, and optimise systems, CRM tools, and reporting processes
* Ensure all processes are clearly documented and followed
Team leadership
* Lead and support the marketing function
* Set clear objectives, priorities, and deadlines
* Ensure work is delivered to a high standard and on schedule
* Support development and performance where required
Reporting & Strategy
* Report regularly to senior leadership on performance, growth, and activity
* Define, track, and report on KPIs across marketing and business development
* Contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in business development, marketing, or growth roles
* Experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders
* Strong understanding of content-led marketing and lead generation
* Experience in private healthcare, aesthetics, or clinics is a strong advantage
* Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results
* Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
