Support Staff Cleaning Operative AM (Full Year) We welcome applications for this support post to commence as soon as possible The Role To ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the college and/or the college’s partner site, Lancaster University School of Mathematics, by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the sites as directed, aligned with the college’s commitment to health and safety. The role will require flexibility to work at either the main college site or the partner site, Lancaster University School of Mathematics, as needed. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Empty and wipe clean all internal bins and dispose of the rubbish to the external bins. Sweep or kex mop clean all hard floor surfaces. Clean toilets and sinks and mop floor areas in toilets daily Dust all surfaces and ledges. Terms and Conditions Hours : 11 hours per week, 6.00am – 8.45am, full-year (52 weeks). Salary : The post will be paid on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Support Staff Pay Spine at point 3 £24,309.07 per annum (inclusive of £502.07 per annum living wage top up).
