GRE Growth, part of the GRE Group, is expanding. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build client relationships, and shape the future of our business across construction, groundworks, and civils.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver GRE Growth's business development and sales strategy.
* Identify new markets, clients, and sectors while maintaining strong relationships with key partners.
* Lead prospecting, proposals, bids, and high-level presentations to win new business.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic opportunities including M&A, partnerships, and cross-group synergies.
* Work with marketing to strengthen brand presence and represent GRE Growth at industry events.
* Provide accurate forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to the executive team.
* Mentor and support sales professionals, driving best practice and continuous improvement.
About You
* Proven track record in business development, ideally within construction, civils, or related industries.
* Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Experience managing bids/tenders and exposure to partnerships or M&A is desirable.
* Proactive, resilient, and motivated by results.
