Overview
Customer Service Coordinator. Telford office based Monday–Thursday 08:30–16:30. Hourly pay rate £13–£14 depending on experience. Initially 1 year contract.

Responsibilities
* Provide sub-contract quotes to customers
* Manage and prioritise customer orders and communicate status
* Answer customer queries and relay information
* Release Service Orders to suppliers for outsource work
* Liaise with logistics to verify order progress
* Monitor job turnaround time to ensure customer SLA is met
* Update internal system notes for individual jobs
* Generate requisitions, purchase orders and overall scheduling
* Review supplier quotes and order confirmation status to ensure orders meet customer time-scale
* Ensure all daily administration is completed accurately and in the time required
Qualifications
* Have a previous work experience in a fast moving office environment
* Exceptionally focused and detail-oriented
* Understand purchasing and customer service process
* Have advanced IT skills
* Be an excellent verbal & written communicator
* Have strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
* Be able to learn quickly
* Have previous work experience in office based customer service job
