SEN Teaching Assistants Needed – Redhill/Chaldon Area We are currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a specialist SEN secondary school in the Redhill/Chaldon area. Roles available ASAP – both ad-hoc/day-to-day and long-term positions available. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:15am – 4:45pm The ideal candidates will: Have previous experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting Be patient, resilient, and confident managing challenging behaviour when required Be passionate about supporting students with additional needs Work well as part of a team and use initiative when needed This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people within a supportive school environment.
