About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting key business functions. You'll manage driver bookings, process sales and purchase orders, handle invoicing, and provide day-to-day support to the sales team. This position requires a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate driver check-in and check-out and liaise with internal teams to ensure raw materials and packaging deliveries run smoothly.
* Accurately receive and process customer sales orders, maintaining up-to-date records and tracking order status.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, handling queries and preparing regular reports.
* Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems and assist with general office administration.
