We are currently working with a payments company that is looking to make payment systems less complex for merchants. Currently, they are looking for their Founding Head of Sales who will be spreading the news and making it easier for businesses get paid..
This Head of Sales should be a hands-on hunter who loves winning new business and expanding current stakeholder relationships! While also having the ability to build and scale the Sales department.
⚡Responsibilities
* Develop and execute revenue growth strategies, identifying new markets, product offerings, and sales channels that align with the company's overall goals
* Proactively generate and manage new business leads, overseeing the entire sales process, including contract negotiations and deal closure with partners and clients.
* Manage partnerships and alliances, identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial
⚡Requirements
* 7+ years of leadership in a business development role
* Demonstrated success in the payment space, preferably in acquiring
* Sharp business sense, advanced analytics, and a history of surpassing sales goals
* Very good understanding of the credit card acquisition process and the payment space as a whole
