As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have access to experienced experts, mentorship, professional reviews, a dedicated development team, and all necessary tools to succeed. We cover costs and assist with paperwork to help you achieve your goals of becoming fully accredited.
As a Graduate you will:
* Assist Building Surveyors in delivering building surveying services, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects from feasibility to post-completion reviews.
* Help prepare feasibility studies, cost plans, planning and building regulation submissions, and tender documentation.
* Assist in evaluating tenders, administering contracts, conducting surveys, preparing reports, and undertaking party wall duties.
* Provide dilapidations advice, conduct assessments, and negotiate with parties.
* Monitor quality on major construction projects.
* Complete internal APC preparation and self-development training for Chartered status (RICS).
About You
What you will need:
* Graduated or will graduate before August 2025.
* Right to live and work in the UK.
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
* Good organizational skills and adaptability.
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Lively, enthusiastic, conscientious, and precise.
* Outgoing, people-oriented, and a team player.
