Early Help Practitioner - Bury Area We are assisting a Local Authority to appoint an experienced Early Help Practitioner to work within their Early Help Team in Bury Within this role, you will be expected to complete whole family assessments, undertake the role of lead professional and deliver whole family plans to targeted needs. Responsibilities will include the following: Promote Parents, children and young peoples participation, and seek strength based solutions in developing better outcomes. Contribute to the assessment of risk and work within the Local Authority's safeguarding procedures, as appropriate to your role. To act as key worker where necessary and appropriate to coordinate an early help plan and understand the needs of the children, young people and families through assessment. Develop links with universal services such as health, early year's settings, schools and colleges and work alongside agencies to provide specific intervention in order to address issues such as mental health and emotional wellbeing, parenting concerns and family relationship breakdown. Requirements: Level 3 or above qualification in Health / Social Care or similar relevant area.
