Are you an experienced Administrator with a strong technical understanding of financial planning? A well-established and respected financial services practice with offices across Scotland is expanding and seeking a Technical Administrator to join its growing Edinburgh team.
In this role, you'll work closely with Financial Advisers to deliver a high-quality, compliant and seamless experience for clients. From preparing detailed financial reviews to managing transactions and ensuring accurate documentation, your work will directly support the delivery of exceptional financial advice.
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and issue annual financial reviews
2. Conduct draw-down reviews and assist with complex tax and pension queries
3. Process client transactions accurately, including fund switches, contributions and withdrawals
4. Submit new business applications
What we're looking for:
5. Proven experience in a technical or administrative role within financial planning or investment
6. Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, pension schemes, investments and regulatory compliance
7. Proficient in tools such as FE Analytics, Voyant and Microsoft Office
