You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of client processes — from preparing reports and managing meetings to liaising with clients, providers, and advisers — helping deliver exceptional financial planning support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare client documents, review packs, and reports
* Manage adviser diaries and client review meetings
* Process Letters of Authority and maintain accurate records in iO
* Liaise with clients and providers professionally and efficiently
* Ensure compliance and client data are up to date
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in iO and Microsoft Office
* Team-focused, proactive, and client-driven
