Your pay rate as a FLT Counterbalance Driver:
* Day shift: £12.33
* Night shift: £16.40
* Overtime: £18.50
Typical hours as a FLT Counterbalance Driver:
* Night shift: 21:00 to 06:00
* Day shift: 06:00 to 21:00
* 22:00 - 06:15, PREMIUM night shift rate
Your role as an FLT Counterbalance Driver:
As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will be
1. Working on your own and as part of friendly inclusive team
2. Moving or placing materials manually or with the use of vehicular (FLT valid ITSSAR licenses required)
3. Loading & unloading vehicles and / or containers of any sort
4. Working in a variety of areas in loading department: including warehouse and outside yard
5. Due to nature of the business please be aware of work in any part of the warehouse, including yard, on and off the FLT truck.
6. General warehouse duties including heavy manual handling, wrapping, sortation, scanning, labelling, tipping, and housekeeping.
